Amending or Cancelling an order
Feel free to contact us using the ‘Contact Us‘ form if you wish to make changes or cancel your order.
You have the right to cancel any order that hasn’t been shipped for a full refund.
Returns
We do not offer returns on single Pokémon Cards.
We can accept returns on sealed product providing they are undamaged and untampered with. Please use the ‘Contact Us’ form to enquire.
Any postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items.
Damaged Products
If your order has arrived damaged or faulty you must inform us within 5 working days of your order arriving. We will offer a suitable resolution free of charge and cover any postage costs for the return of damage goods.
